We are happy to announce that thanks to FIT for Ukraine: Italy, the NSV Group team has managed to attract an Italian partner, FS Group, to the Horonda Platform project.

The FS Group team recently visited Zakarpattia. The delegation visited Uzhhorod, Mukachevo and other cities to get acquainted with the transport infrastructure of the region, met with representatives of UZ, the regional administration as well as the Agricon project team to finalise the agreed technical solutions of the project.

The project was launched in April 2023 at the FIT for Ukraine: Italy in Rome, with the participation of Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and leading Italian industrial groups. It is based on the best practices and technologies in rail logistics. The main objective of the project is to create an infrastructure for the storage and shipment of agricultural products abroad. It is seen as a key element in increasing Ukraine’s export potential. Implementation of the project will help unlock the economic potential of the Zakarpattia region, create new jobs, have a positive impact on the country’s economy as a whole, and become a key entry point for global companies to help Ukraine recover from the war.
