Ukrainian AirSlate raised $ 51.5 million with an estimated valuation of over $ 1.25 billion

Ukrainian workflow automation service AirSlate announced it secured $51.5 mln in a deal that values AirSlate at $1.25 bln, thus becoming a unicorn. G Squared led the round with UiPath Ventures, a brand new venture division that develops enterprise #automation software.

Among AirSlate’s previous investors is the Horizon Capital investment fund, which successfully invested about $10 mln in the company (estimated by AIN.UA) in 2019. The resources raised will be used to increase sales and enter new international markets. Currently, the company has more than 100 million users and 900 employees. Thus, Airslate became the fourth Ukrainian unicorn. The previous ones are GitLab, People.ai and Grammarly (valuation of over $13 bln).
