The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has changed the procedure for maintaining a register of investment projects with significant investments

State support will be provided for

– construction of engineering and transport infrastructure;

– compensation for the costs of engineering and transport infrastructure built by the applicant or an investor with significant investments;

– compensation for the costs of connection and grid connection to engineering and transport networks.

In addition, the following issues were resolved:

– the submission of information and related deadlines for exemption from the obligation to compensate for the loss of forest production of an investor for the implementation of an investment project with significant investments in accordance with the Land Code of Ukraine;

– information to be entered in the register of state support, if such support is provided by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
