Hundreds of billions of euros of frozen russian assets should be confiscated as soon as possible and used to contribute to the reconstruction of Ukraine

UkraineInvest CEO Sergiy Tsivkach emphasized this stance in a commentary for BBC Newsday.

“International and domestic funding should be directed to rebuilding infrastructure and implementing security measures – after Ukraine wins the war, this will be of paramount importance. Ukraine needs a special security protocol that will be recognized in the world and will have legal implementation, allowing investors to invest with greater confidence, in particular in such strategic assets as port infrastructure,” emphasized Sergiy Tsivkach.
