Meet our team: Elina Shapovalova

Elina Shapovalova is a HR Manager.

Elina has been working at UkraineInvest for about 3 years and
– provides HR management;
– monitors compliance with labor legislation;
– provides analytical and advisory support on HR management issues;
– maintains reporting and accounting documentation;
– participates in the preparation of proposals for strategic areas of work;
– develops a positive image and popularizes services;
– expands the network of investment advisors;
– facilitates effective communication between investors,
state authorities and local governments.

Elina graduated from Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University with a master’s degree in International Economics. In 2018, she defended her dissertation at the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National University in Economics and Business Management and received a PhD in Economics. She is fluent in Italian and English.
