The Netherlands promises subsidies to companies ready to rebuild Ukraine

The Netherlands has launched a subsidy programme for Dutch and international companies and civil society organisations that want to participate in the reconstruction of Ukraine.

The Ukraine Partnership Facility (UPF) programme provides grants for projects in Ukraine in the amount of EUR 500,000 to EUR 5 mln with reimbursement of up to 100% of total eligible costs. The total UPF budget for 2023 is EUR 25 mln.

The experience of Dutch companies and organisations can be especially valuable for Ukraine in the sectors of access to drinking water, basic healthcare and improving food quality, so the programme will provide subsidies in these areas.
