The Danish company Hjort Knudsen plans to expand its production facilities in Ukraine.
🤝 UkraineInvest Executive Director Sergiy Tsivkach, together with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Denmark to Ukraine Ole Egberg Mikkelsen, visited Rivne city to meet with Hjort Knudsen representatives and local authorities for a discussion of the investment project implementation in the region.
🏭 Already having a positive experience of #doingbusiness in Ukraine, the company chose Rivne to strategically expand its production facilities and increase investments. The project provides for:
✅ a large production facility for the manufacture of added-value furniture products on an area of 40,000 square meters
✅ attracting investments of more than EUR 10 mln
✅ creation of 1000+ workplaces
“Hjort Knudsen is an example of an investor who is increasing its investments in Ukraine. I’m sure the future furniture factory in Rivne will become a powerful industrial spot of the city and a vivid example of investment, contributing to the development of healthy competition between the Ukrainian regions,” said Sergiy Tsivkach.
