UkraineInvest is looking for a Content Manager to join our team

UkraineInvest is Ukraine’s state investment promotion and support office, established by the Government of Ukraine to attract and facilitate investment into the country’s economy.

UkraineInvest promotes investment opportunities, connects investors with Ukrainian businesses, supports investors throughout the investment process, and strengthens Ukraine’s international investment image.

UkraineInvest is looking for a Content Manager to create high-quality content in English and Ukrainian and support the office’s digital and external communications.

Responsibilities:

Participation in the development of UkraineInvest’s communication strategy to ensure consistent institutional positioning across all platforms
Creation and regular updating of written content for the official UkraineInvest website, including news, analytical materials and institutional activity reports
Transforming complex economic and investment-related data into accessible long-reads or case studies tailored for an international business audience
Refinement and professional editing of materials prepared by sector experts in line with the institution’s unified communication style
Development of logical structures and preparation of compelling written content for investment presentations and sectoral overviews of Ukraine’s potential
Preparation of SEO- and GEO-optimized content to enhance website visibility
Creation of meaningful content for email newsletters and information digests targeting Ukrainian and international stakeholders
Contributing to the development and execution of integrated communication campaigns aimed at investor attraction
Information support for events, including drafting announcements, press releases and follow-up publications
Full-cycle interview preparation, from concept development and question drafting to final content editing and formatting
Preparation of briefs for designers regarding the creation of infographics and the visualization of complex statistical data
Coordination with other departments for the timely collection of primary sources, fact-checking and verification of data used in publications
Analysis of content performance through monitoring reach, engagement and traffic metrics, followed by report preparation
Ensuring compliance with the established tone of voice and overall communication strategy across all written materials
Continuous monitoring of the information landscape and relevant news to ensure timely responses to changes in the investment environment

Required Qualifications & Skills:

University degree in Journalism, Communications, Philology or Economics
3+ years of experience in business media, PR agencies or marketing departments, preferably with a focus on economics, investment or the public sector
Fluency in Ukrainian and English (C1 level)
Strong writing and editing skills across various formats, from short news pieces to in-depth analytical long-reads and investment case studies
Ability to process large volumes of complex information and identify key messages
Understanding the basics of investment activities and macroeconomic indicators.
Knowledge of SEO and GEO principles (preferred) for website content optimization
Ability to formulate clear technical briefs for designers and a basic understanding of data visualization and composition principles
Experience with content analytics tools to evaluate communication effectiveness (will be considered an advantage)
High level of self-organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to fact-checking, which is critical for maintaining the reputation of a state institution
