Ukraine’s Government Streamlines Equipment Import Procedures for Significant Investment Projects.
The Government of Ukraine has approved amendments to the procedure for importing new equipment and components into the customs territory of Ukraine for targeted use by investors with significant capital investments. The updated rules apply to equipment imported for the investor’s own needs during the implementation of investment projects.

PrivatBank and IFC Launch Risk-Sharing Mechanism for SMEs.
Ukraine’s largest bank, PrivatBank, in partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), has launched agreements to expand financing for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. The initiatives include a risk-sharing mechanism for a new credit portfolio worth USD 100 million and a USD 20 million trade finance guarantee line from IFC.
