The Government of Ukraine has included the “South” Eco-Industrial Park in the Register

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the inclusion of the “South” Eco-Industrial Park, located in the city of Podilsk, Odesa region, in the Register of Industrial Parks.

The initiative to establish the park was put forward by the Podilsk City Council, while the managing company has been designated as LLC “ECO RISHENNYA.” The total area of the park is 37.39 hectares.

The planned volume of capital investment in the construction of park facilities amounts to approximately UAH 3.7 billion. In addition, the Podilsk City Council has confirmed its intention to attract investment totaling USD 83 million. Funding sources will include the managing company, park participants, private investors, international technical assistance, as well as state and local budgets.

The project’s implementation will create around 1,500 jobs across various sectors. The park’s main areas of activity will include:

food production;
production of non-metallic mineral products;
manufacture of fabricated metal products;
mechanical engineering;
furniture production;
scientific and technical activities.

As of today, 105 industrial parks have been registered in Ukraine, including 14 established in 2025.
