These are the findings of the quarterly survey of company executives conducted by the National Bank of Ukraine.

Despite ongoing security concerns, the Business Expectations Index (BEI) stood at 103.1% in Q2 2025, indicating prevailing positive economic sentiment across companies of various sizes and sectors. The highest optimism was reported by enterprises in the energy sector, water supply, and export-oriented industries.
