UkraineInvest’s assistance to investors in applying for state support for significant investment projects

According to the Law of Ukraine “On State Support for Investment Projects with Significant Investments in Ukraine”, investors may qualify for support if:  

• the capital investment in the project is at least EUR 12 million;  

• the project meets the established criteria and undergoes an assessment  by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.  

To apply for state support, an investor must submit an application to the Ministry of Economy, which includes:  

• a draft of the Special Investment Agreement;  

• a feasibility study (FS) of the project and a financial model;  

• documents confirming the investor’s financial capacity; 

• other required annexes depending on the specifics of the project.  

The quality of the documents submitted has a direct impact on the chances of obtaining government support.

• preliminary analysis of the project and verification of its compliance with the legal requirements;  

• preliminary assesment of the investor’s financial capacity;  

• preliminary verification of the documentation related to the land plot;
