The European Commission has announced a Call for Expressions of Interest under the Ukraine Investment Framework (UIF) – an initiative aimed at attracting private investment in key sectors of the Ukrainian real economy.

The UIF is part of the EUR 50 billion Ukraine Facility, a major EU programme to mobilise public and private investment for the recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine.

Priority sectors for funding:

Energy;
Critical raw materials;
Manufacturing industry;
IT;
Construction;
Transport.

Why invest now?

Current conditions offer unprecedented opportunities for companies willing to support Ukraine’s reconstruction and economic transformation. Investors can:

Sign a special investment agreement with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and receive state support, including tax incentives and budget compensation, in cases specified by the Law “On State Support for Investment Projects with Significant Investments in Ukraine”;

Receive additional state-backed guarantees for project implementation.
