Our Team: International Relations and Communications Department

The UkraineInvest team is a group of professionals united by common goals and values. As part of the #UkraineInvestTeam series, we continue to introduce the International Relations and Communications Department.

This department works to foster international relations, promote Ukraine’s investment potential, enhance its attractiveness to global investors, and drive economic growth by attracting new foreign investment.

Key areas of activity:

promotion of Ukraine’s investment opportunities and potential;
attracting foreign investors;
cooperating with international investment agencies, government and private organisations supporting Ukraine’s economic development;
providing analysis, news and articles for investors interested in doing business in Ukraine;
organising forums, seminars and meetings with investors and partners to create new business opportunities;
liaising with embassies and international institutions to strengthen diplomatic relations and promote a favourable investment climate in Ukraine.

Team Members:

Sofia Fedchenko – Head of the International Relations and Communications Department.
Sofia specialises in economic diplomacy and strategic communications. She oversees the promotion of Ukraine’s investment opportunities, manages international investment relations, cooperates with central government bodies and leads the organisation of the “FIT for Ukraine” investment forums.

Elina Shapovalova – Senior Expert specialising in international communications. Elina facilitates effective dialogue between investors, government agencies and local authorities. She focuses on building a positive image of UkraineInvest and promoting its services.

Ksenia Faichuk – Senior Expert specialising in strategic communications. Ksenia is responsible for publicising the activities of the Government Office, promoting its initiatives and highlighting Ukraine’s investment opportunities. She coordinates partnerships with international stakeholders, prepares analytical and informational materials and creates content for social media platforms.

Yelyzaveta Isaieva – Senior Expert specialising in international cooperation and protocol support. Yelyzaveta focuses on developing partnerships with international business-oriented organisations, diplomatic missions, chambers of commerce and investment attraction agencies. She also develops UkraineInvest’s cooperation strategies with international partners.

Maryna Kobylynska – Senior Expert specialising in news promotion and media communications.Maryna works with Ukrainian and international media, organises UkraineInvest’s participation in national and international events, and creates compelling news stories and information campaigns.

Svitlana Zahorodna – Graphic Designer specialising in social media design, visual event support and presentation development. Svitlana creates visual content and designs materials for the Government Office, ensuring a consistent and professional aesthetic.
