UkraineInvest and the ICC are joining forces to raise awareness of investment opportunities in Ukraine.
One of the key elements of the initiative is the ICC’s cooperation with UkraineInvest to conduct a series of webinars and other events aimed at promoting investment opportunities in Ukraine. These events also emphasize the importance of effective dispute resolution mechanisms.

Finland will provide up to EUR 50 million in loans for projects in Ukraine in 2025.
The governments of Ukraine and Finland have signed a framework agreement under which Finland will lend up to EUR 50 million next year for projects financed under the Finnish-Ukrainian Investment Fund (FUIF) programme.

During the two years of war, Avtomagistral-Pivden LLC, a leader in the Ukrainian road construction market, invested in third-tier industrial construction equipment: cranes, drilling rigs and concrete plants. The company designs and builds motorways, bridges, interchanges, airfield complexes and hydraulic structures.

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) has updated the list of unreliable investment projects.
The full list of projects is available on the Commission’s official website in the Investor Protection section. If information on a particular dubious project is not available in this section, potential investors can use the “10 Signs of Dubious Investment Projects” to analyse the dubiousness of the project on their own or submit a request to the Commission.
