The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has included the Techno Park Voznesensk industrial park in the Mykolaiv region in the general register

The park will occupy an area of 19,0539 hectares in Voznesensk and Buzke village (Voznesensk district, Mykolaiv region).
The park will create approximately 1,050 new jobs in various manufacturing industries, such as leather, construction materials, engineering, science and technology, and information technology.

The initiating company, KULAT LLC, plans to invest about UAH 56 million of its own funds to build the necessary infrastructure. In addition, it is planned that the residents of the industrial park will attract investments of up to UAH 800 million for the construction of their facilities, and the management company will invest up to UAH 20 million over three years. Thanks to tax benefits, the participants of the manufacturing industry will contribute an additional UAH 9.7 million to the development of the park by 2027.

The register of industrial parks already includes 97 industrial parks, and Techno Park Voznesensk will be an important part of this development process.

The state budget for 2024 allocates UAH 1 billion for the implementation of the industrial parks development programme. Funds will be provided on a non-repayable basis (50% of the estimated cost) to initiators and management companies of industrial parks for the creation or construction of engineering and transport infrastructure, as well as reimbursement of 50% of the cost of connection to the power grid. Industrial parks in the uninhabited areas will be able to implement projects on an 80-20 co-financing basis.
