The concept of the park envisages the creation of 750 jobs and investments totalling almost UAH 2 billion.
It will be located on the territory of Khoroshiv territorial community, Zhytomyr district, Zhytomyr region.
The 30.2-hectare area will be used for manufacturing enterprises, including the production of textiles, nonwovens and construction materials, as well as R&D activities.
Industrial parks help to attract investment in the real sector, develop production facilities and increase the share of manufacturing in the economy. Through the “State Incentives for the Creation of Industrial Parks” programme, the Government of Ukraine covers part of the costs incurred by investors for the engineering and transport infrastructure necessary for their development.
Currently there are 88 parks in the register of industrial parks.
