UkraineInvest and Raido Terminal LLC signed a memorandum of cooperation

Raido Terminal is launching a large-scale investment project – infrastructure development of the Pivdennyi commercial sea port. The areas of investment include restoration and construction of port infrastructure, purchase of modern cargo handling equipment and introduction of modern methods of port operation.  

In particular, UkraineInvest’s support will include

• providing information, advice and organisational support in the process of project preparation and implementation;
• informing the investor about the specifics of investment activity and investment opportunities in Ukraine;
• providing advice on the preparation and implementation of the project, in particular on the preparation and submission of an application and other documents required to obtain state support in accordance with the Law on State Support of Investment Projects with Significant Investments;
• facilitating effective interaction and coordination between the investor and state authorities by preparing relevant applications and requests and organising necessary meetings with officials;
• assistance in resolving legal issues that may arise during project preparation and implementation.

The objective of UkraineInvest is to facilitate the attraction of foreign investment into the Ukrainian economy, to improve the investment image of Ukraine and to support the investment projects of foreign investors in Ukraine. 

Raido Terminal LLC provides a full range of logistics services for cargo handling at the Pivdennyi Commercial Sea Port. The most popular cargoes are coal, ore and grain. The activity and development of Raido Terminal is one of the examples of the Ukrainian government’s interest not only in restoring the country’s export potential, but also in attracting significant investment into the port infrastructure of the Odesa region.
