The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has registered the new Energy Group Industrial Park in Svaliava (Zakarpattia region)

The initiators of the park, the management company and investor participants will invest a total of UAH 876.5 million in the development of the park, including investments from foreign companies.

According to the concept of the industrial park, a plant for the production of metal-plastic windows and doors, sliding systems and components will be built on the territory of the park. The production is expected to start in December 2024 and will create about five hundred new jobs.

The state budget for 2024 has allocated UAH 1 billion for the implementation of the industrial park development programme. These funds will be used to co-finance the creation or construction of engineering and transport infrastructure, as well as partial reimbursement of the costs of connection to the power grid. Applications under the programme will be accepted until 15 August 2024.
