Taras Bashtannik, Chairman of the Ukrainian Fruit and Vegetable Association, will speak at the FIT for Ukraine Bukovyna: Processing of fruits and vegetables

He will describe the Ukrainian fruit and vegetable market in general and outline the priority areas and opportunities for fruit and vegetable processing that are currently relevant to Ukrainian producers.

The Ukrainian Fruit and Vegetable Association represents a group of export-oriented fruit and vegetable producers with similar values and strategies. It is a knowledge centre for Ukrainian agribusiness that aims to develop new markets around the world and improve the quality and competitiveness of Ukrainian products. 

FIT for Ukraine is a series of sectoral analytical events for investors interested in rebuilding Ukraine. During the forum, analytical materials will be presented on the state of the sector in the region. Key topics include:

  • attracting investment in fruit and vegetable processing; 
  • creation of a cluster of fruit and vegetable producers;
  • experience of investors working in the Chernivtsi region.

The event will also feature an EXPO zone where companies will be able to present their products and services to promote them in foreign markets.
