Investment company Dragon Capital has launched the first phase of the M10 Lviv Industrial Park

The project is expected to

  • strengthen Ukraine’s infrastructure capacity and the economic landscape of the Lviv region,
  • create jobs and help attract additional investment to the country.

The EBRD has already invested USD 5.5 million in the Lviv M10 Industrial Park. The organisation’s total investment will amount to around USD 24.5 million. The World Bank’s Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) has also insured the project against military risks for 10 years for an investment of USD 9.2 million. The involvement of these organisations further enhances the credibility of the project for local partners and signals the resilience of the Ukrainian economy despite martial law.

The first phase of the industrial complex covers an area of 14,400 sq m. The industrial park status gives its occupants the opportunity to receive special incentives in the form of tax benefits, and certification to the international green building standard BREEAM will confirm the energy efficiency, cost effectiveness and environmental friendliness of the building.

M10 Lviv Industrial Park is a new industrial park located in the Ryasne-2 industrial zone of Lviv, on the M10 motorway, 60 km from the Krakovets checkpoint on the border with Poland. The area of the park is 23.5 hectares and consists of 6 plots designed for warehousing and industrial premises with a total area of 140 thousand square metres. Dragon Capital Property Management, the company’s own management company, provides centralised maintenance of infrastructure facilities and security for the park. The further development of the industrial park includes the construction of warehouse complexes in the build-to-suit format (design and construction of a facility for a customer).
