UkraineInvest has a vacancy for an administrative specialist (system administrator) to be part of its team.
Responsibilities:
– ensuring stable and uninterrupted operation of the institution’s infrastructure;
– installing, configuring, and supporting hardware and software;
– resolving technical issues and providing technical support to staff;
– unauthorised access and virus protection, installation and updating
of anti-virus software;
– to ensure the regular backup of information and the recovery of data in the event of a loss;
– windows OC configuration and management;
– creation, maintenance and updating of corporate user accounts;
– servicing and maintaining office equipment in good condition;
– software procurement;
– website administration;
– administer Google Workspace;
– other: to perform duties as delegated by the manager.
Skills required:
– 2 years of experience as a system administrator;
– knowledge of operating systems;
– ability to configure and administer network components;
– understanding of the principles of server operation, virtualisation and cloud computing technologies;
– skills in working with electronic document management systems;
– ability to conduct security audits;
– ability to quickly solve technical problems and provide quality technical support;
– experience with WordPress (advantage);
– fluency in oral and written Ukrainian and English is a must;
– high level of cybersecurity and ability to perform security audits;
The position requires working on the territory of Ukraine.
