Sergii Pylypenko, CEO of Kovalska Industrial and Construction Group, will speak at the FIT for Ukraine: Annual Meeting

Kovalska Industrial and Construction Group has been operating in the Ukrainian construction market since 1956. It unites more than 20 enterprises in the field of raw materials extraction, production and construction. Its products are represented by the brands Concrete by Kovalska, Avenue, Siltek and others. Kovalska’s businesses operate in Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Lviv and Chernihiv regions. The group also includes Kovalska Real Estate, which is engaged in the construction of residential properties in Kyiv. Its portfolio includes more than 20 completed residential projects.

The company was a participant in a project to restore seven residential buildings in Gostomel, which was implemented by French Neo-Eco. Kovalska acted as a technology partner for development and testing, as well as a direct manufacturer of materials from recycled construction waste.

This summer, Kovalska secured a EUR 27 mln loan from Invest International to build two plants in the Lviv region. The vital investment, supported by the Dutch Good Growth Fund and the Dutch government, will allow the company to introduce Aircrete Europe’s environmentally friendly aerated concrete block and panel production technology.

FIT for Ukraine: Annual Meeting will take place on November 15 in Warsaw, Poland.

The forum will bring together government and business representatives to discuss Ukraine’s investment achievements in 2023 and outline plans for the coming year. The event is organized within the framework of the largest international exhibition on the reconstruction of Ukraine ReBuild Ukraine.
