Meet our team: Oleksandr Melnychenko

Oleksandr Melnychenko is the Head of Legal Affairs and Regulatory Policy Department. Oleksandr provides support in the preparation and implementation of investment projects with significant investments, and assists in resolving problematic issues of foreign investors in Ukraine.

Oleksandr is an honorary member of the Ukrainian Bar Association, a member of the Executive Committee of the Ukrainian Union of Lawyers and the Foundation for Promotion of Legal and Political Reforms. With his participation and under his leadership, more than 200 laws and other regulatory acts in the field of competition law have been developed.

He has represented Ukraine, in particular, in the following international institutions:

Brookings Institution (Washington, USA);
Institute for Economic Development of the World Bank (Austria);
University of Delaware (USA);
Institute for Economic Research of the Academy for Economic Policy (Germany);
European Court of Justice (Luxembourg).
