The new equipment will enable the company to provide a full cycle of production of ready-to-cook beef and veal semi-finished products. The company will introduce vertical Argentine deboning technology that minimises human contact with meat and set up vacuum packaging of products in Sildair bags. In addition, they will master shock freezing of meat at -38°C.
The expansion of production capacity will create 300 new jobs.
The production facilities of MP Agrotorgovyi Dim are located in the Kyiv region.
The project was implemented after the start of russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
