Ukrainian manufacturers are working even during the war, creating and exporting quality furniture. Wood and wood products accounted for 4.3% of Ukraine’s total exports in 2022, entering the TOP 10 product groups and ranking 7th in terms of contribution.

However, to develop exports, the furniture industry must learn how to create bestsellers. Networking, new partnerships, synergies with partners, and joint promotion are also important.

This was stated by the President of the Ukrainian Association of Furniture Manufacturers Volodymyr Patis at the FIT for Ukraine: Furniture Cluster.

UAFM provides professional training through its academy, the Furniture Business Academy (FBA). In particular, entrepreneurs have access to special courses on preparing for B2B meetings, exporting furniture to the UK, and B2B sales in times of crisis.
