UkraineInvest is the Ukrainian government’s investment promotion office established in 2018 with the purpose of attracting foreign direct investment to Ukraine’s economy and improving the investment climate of the country.
Our team is committed to ensuring a constant dialogue between business and public authorities in order to inform foreign investors about Ukraine’s investment opportunities and accompany the implementation and support of their investment projects in Ukraine.

Requirements:

  • Work experience in business consultancy, deal origination, transaction support, investment banking, customer relations / account management (experience obtained in international company or abroad will be an advantage).
  • Higher education in Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing or another relevant field.
  • Knowledge of business environment of Ukraine (regulatory policy in the field of investments, relevant reforms).
  • Understanding of the main trends in the field of foreign direct investment in Ukraine and abroad.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building, analytical and presentation skills are core for the successful performance. Ability to work independently and in a team. Ability to prioritize and work effectively within a limited time frame.
  • Written and verbal proficiency in Ukrainian and English (upper-intermediate or higher is a must).
  • Additional professional experience and foreign language skills might be an advantage.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain a network of potential foreign investors with a view to attract them to set-up or expand business operations in Ukraine.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts that would facilitate introduction to potential foreign investors.
  • Provide potential and existing foreign investors with relevant and up to date information on doing business in Ukraine in cooperation with Legal Department and Department of Analytics.
  • Search (inbound and outbound), analyze and present investment opportunities in Ukraine to prospective investors.
  • Advise and provide support to investors in the implementation of investment projects.
  • Organize and conduct investment promotion activities for Ukrainian business representatives and local authorities (incl. webinars and trainings).
  • Contribute to investment promotion activities outside of Ukraine (conferences, forums, exhibitions etc.).
  • Participate in advocacy in favor of amending the legislation aimed to enhance investment attractiveness of Ukraine, including communication with central executive authorities.

The position requires working within the territory of Ukraine.
