Canada abolishes all duties on Ukrainian goods for a year

In 2021, Ukraine’s exports to #Canada amounted to 160 million US dollars, which is almost twice as much as in 2020, and 6 times more than in 2016.

Ukraine exports most of the following product categories to Canada:
▪ Copper and articles thereof (21.1% of total)
▪ Ferrous metals (21%)
▪ Vegetable processing products (9.2%)
▪ Railway locomotives (7%)
▪ Vehicles (6.9%)

It is also worth mentioning some categories of Ukrainian exports, the demand for which is growing rapidly in Canada. The largest increase in 2021 compared to 2020 in exports of Ukrainian goods to Canada (over 1 million exports in 2021):
▪ Inorganic chemicals
▪ Oilseeds
▪ Vegetable processing products
▪ Railway locomotives
▪ Wood and article of wood

Canada will also help export Ukrainian #grain to support global #food #security.
