Head of Investment Advisory Department of UkraineInvest Oksana Tkachuk took part in the first business presentation of the Ukrainian Real Estate market for Israeli investors.

During the event, the participants presented an analytical review of Ukraine’s real estate market and an analysis of legal and financial instruments for investing in Ukraine.

According to Oksana Tkachuk, despite COVID-19, real estate sector in main Ukrainian cities observes positive dynamics, and the actual transactional dynamics in the investment market on the commercial property market in Ukraine markedly improved. In addition, the growth of e-commerce and retail trade has stimulated the development of logistics and distribution, as well as investing in build-to-suit.
