Oksana Tkachuk, Acting Head of Investment Advisory Department

Oksana joined UkraineInvest in January 2021 and occupies the position of investment advisor, providing support for FDI projects` implementation and ensuring communication with public authorities, FDI companies’ officials and other influential stakeholders (development agencies, business associations, etc). Key areas of expertise are the agro and agro processing.

Oksana has extensive experience in the private sector as a co-owner and director of a financial company, worked as a deputy CEO of an agricultural company, so she has an expert experience in project management, evaluation of financial and economic indicators, cooperation with government agencies and business associations.

Oksana has a master`s degree in international economics (West Ukrainian National University), successfully passed the courses on management and leadership in Tokyo, Japan and Geneva, Switzerland. 

Artem Dashkovskyi, Advisor to the Executive Director of UkraineInvest

Artem joined UkraineInvest in 2021 as advisor to CEO, providing mentor support to FDI projects for structuring and implementation. Key areas of expertise are transportation & infrastracture.

Artem has extensive experience in railway, sea and avia transportation and infrastructure development projects worldwide, structuring long-term investment projects for the sustainable development of the countries.

Artem has a master degree with honors in international relations from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko University.

Andrii Kakusha, Advisor to the Executive Director of UkraineInvest

Andrii Pavliv, Investment Advisor

Andrii has joined UkraineInvest in 2017 and interacts with foreign investors and local authorities to find opportunities, support existing businesses and attract foreign direct investment into Ukraine.

Andrii has extensive experience in the energy sector. He got significant experience in oil&gas production, while working in national oil and gas company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” (10 years) on both engineering and management positions.

He joined UkraineInvest team after working on senior positions in foreign and Ukrainian companies, both public and private. He also gained significant experience working in private companies and innovative startups in the field of energy efficiency, renewable energy, as well as in the project for development of electric vehicles charging stations.

Andrii has a basic engineering education and a Master’s degree in Oil&Gas production. In addition, Andrii has graduated “Good Governance” in Lviv Business School – a program of innovative public administration. Andriy also studied and had internships at a number of European universities, including RWTH Aachen University and Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Andrii Ryzvaniuk, Investment Advisor

Andrii joined UkraineInvest in April 2020 and occupies the position of investment advisor, providing support for FDI projects` implementation and ensuring communication with public authorities, FDI companies’ officials and other influential stakeholders (development agencies, business associations, etc). Key areas of expertise are real estate, logistics and waste management.

Since November 2019 Andii works as Advisor to the Head of State Property Fund of Ukraine.

Andrii has 20 years experience in international business as a Duputy General Manager of Sumitomo Corporation Kyiv Representative Office, so he has an expert experience in project management, international trade, cooperation with government agencies and business associations.

Andrii has a master`s degree in international economics (Institute of International Relations of Kyiv Taras Shevchenko University), successfully passed the courses on management and leadership in Geneva (Switzerland) and Tokyo (Japan). 

Tetiana Bahranovska, Investment Advisor

Tetiana joined the team in March of 2020 and occupies the position of investment adviser responsible for establishing effective communication between the government bodies.

From 2017 till early 2020 Tetiana worked as the head of the press office of the third President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili. Also, her experience includes positions like a project manager and communications specialist. Tatiana is a lecturer on establishing and adjusting the press service.

She obtained a master degree in constitutional law at the Taras Shevchenko National University  and also has a diploma as a specialist in the modern history of Ukraine.
