Restrictions on cross-border transactions for import of goods will be lifted

Starting from 9 July 2022, restrictions on cross-border transactions for import of goods will be lifted.

On 7 July 2022, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted Resolution No. 761, which abolishes restrictions on transactions for import operations, provided for by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers as of 24 February 2022 No. 153.

The Resolution No. 153 relates to significant limitations of cross-border payments from Ukraine abroad imposed during martial law. Such payments could be carried out only in exceptional cases, in particular, for transactions to purchase critical import goods. As of 9 July 2022, such restrictions will be completely abolished.
